Matcha Açaí Chia Pudding

This delicious recipe can be served as a breakfast or a desert.  In a blender, combine 3 cups of coconut milk, 2 cups or coconut water, 10g of matcha, and 15 Tbsp of chia seeds.  Blend well, and put in the refrigerator for about 2h.  Next, rinse the blender and combine 3 cups coconut milk, 1 cup coconut water, 1 1/3 cup of açaí pulp and 1 cup of chia seeds.  Blend well, and put in another container in the fridge for about 2h.  Serve the matcha and açaí side-by-side, garnish with pomegranate or fresh berries.

Dinosaur egg

The Dinosaur Egg is a simple and delicious way to prepare matcha.  Start with preparing matcha Koicha style with 2oz or hot water and 1-2g of matcha powder.  When you have achieved a smooth foam, pour about 1/3-1/2 cup of coconut milk into the bowl.  Some of the coconut milk should rise up to create the speckled dinosaur egg effect.  It's not necessary to stir further, but you can if you'd like to.  This drink is great for people who are not accustomed to strong matcha, as the coconut milk adds a sweet creamy flavor without eclipsing the flavor of...
