The Dinosaur Egg is a simple and delicious way to prepare matcha. Start with preparing matcha Koicha style with 2oz or hot water and 1-2g of matcha powder. When you have achieved a smooth foam, pour about 1/3-1/2 cup of coconut milk into the bowl. Some of the coconut milk should rise up to create the speckled dinosaur egg effect. It's not necessary to stir further, but you can if you'd like to. This drink is great for people who are not accustomed to strong matcha, as the coconut milk adds a sweet creamy flavor without eclipsing the flavor of the matcha.
